| HI I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate what you do. I recently started making the more simple cheeses (thanks to your DVD and book!) and the whole experience has truly brought me joy. I have a herd of Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats and I hand milk....the milk from this breed has a very high butterfat content...I have had some of my does milk tested and the butterfat ranges from 4.5 to 7.4percent. Not only is this milk wonderful to drink and cook with, but it makes dynamite cheese! I have purchased your DVD and books for several family members and friends.. Thanks again...someday I hope to come to one of your workshops...but leaving the farm is not an easy thing to do...so the DVD is especially meaningful. |

| Thank you so much for shipping my order so quickly, I was excited when I placed the order on Thursday afternoon and even more excited when it showed up at my door Saturday morning. I watched the video with my twin 4-1/2 year old boys, and then we proceeded to make the quick Mozzarella-it turned out great! I really appreciate the few people (and companies) left in this world that continue to support lost arts like cheesemaking, and who make it accessible to those who share their interests.
