Citric Acid is used for making the 30 Minute Mozzarella and Ricotta Cheeses. CONTAINS: 8oz. Citric Acid (Non-GMO Corn based) DIRECTIONS: Dissolve proper amount in 1/4c. non-chlorinated water. Add to milk when specified in recipe. STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place. Will last indefinitely when stored properly. DISCOUNTS: Buy 12 or more 8oz. packages and receive our price break of $3.00/8oz. package. NOTE: This Citric Acid contains no Glutamate, Glutamic acid or hydrolyzed protein. (Glucose syrup from maize is a fermented raw material and is not contained in the end product.)
NOTE: We purchase this product Certified Kosher OU in bulk. The product is then repackaged into smaller quantities without Kosher supervision, thus voiding the Kosher certification. We are not, nor do we make any representation to be, under kosher certification.

A note from our Supplier: This Citric Acid is from corn that is non-GMO and is Gluten free. It contains no Glutamate or Glutamic acid (E 620 - 632) or hydrolyzed protein. Glucose syrup from maize (corn) is a fermentation raw material, but is not contained in the end product anymore.

Use this for the 30 Minute Mozzarella recipe by the Cheese Queen and am quite satisfied. Has kept well in the refrigerator.
