Our 2013 Class Dates
Ricki Carroll, known to her loyal fans as, "The Cheese Queen", has been teaching these cheese making classes to beginners for 30 years. Fun for all ages! A full day of Hands-On Cheese Making with Ricki in her beautiful house in the foothills of the Berkshires. Join us in making Farmhouse Cheddar, Queso Blanco, Whole Milk and Whey Ricotta, a 30 Minute Mozzarella, Fromage Blanc, Creme Fraiche and Mascarpone. The workshops are one-day classes held on Saturday, and are 7 hours long.They start at 10:00 am and run through 5:00 pm. There is a one hour break for a delicious lunch with a sampling of our tasty cheeses. A FREE copy of Ricki's Cheese Making 101 DVD is included with class. Cost of Workshop: $175.00/Person
