Cheesemaking 101 Workshops

The 2009 workshop season has ended. Classes will resume in the spring. The spring workshop schedule will be posted sometime in February. Please check back.

Ricki Carroll, known to her loyal fans as, "The Cheese Queen", has been teaching these cheese making classes to beginners for 30 years. Fun for all ages! A full day of Hands-On Cheese Making at home with Ricki in her beautiful house in the foothills of the Berkshires. Join us in making Farmhouse Cheddar, Queso Blanco, Mascarpone, Whole Milk and Whey Ricotta and a 30 Minute Mozzarella. Plus, learn to make Fromage Blanc, Creme Fraiche and Mascarpone. The workshops are one day classes held on Saturday and Sunday.  They are 6 hours long, starting at 10:00 am and running through 4:00 pm. There is a one hour break for a delicious lunch with a sampling of our tasty cheeses. A FREE copy of Ricki's Cheese Making 101 DVD is included with class.
Cost of Workshop: $150.00/Person
