Welcome to the wonderful world of home cheese making. Below are some links to help you get started on your very own cheese making adventure.

Learn About Cheese Making

We recommend you begin with Ricki Caroll's book 'Home Cheese Making' or head over to our cheese making 1,2,3 section and grab a cup of coffee a tall glass of milk. Both of these resources are filled with information for cheese makers who are just starting out.


Start With A Kit

Another great way to get started is with one of our cheese making kits. Our kits contain ingredients and basic equipment to make many different types of cheese.


Look Through Our Recipe Section

If there is a particular cheese you want to make, it may be listed in our recipe section, if so it will have a list of ingredients and equipment needed.


Try One Of Our Simple Culture Packs

A quick and easy option is to grab some butter muslin and one of our small culture packs such as Fromage Blanc, Yogurt, Sour Cream, Crème Fraiche… with the addition of milk you will have delicious cheese in no time.
