| Ricki, I can not tell you how long I have wanted to come to one of your workshops, but living all the way out here in California the trip back east is a bit too long for me. I was thrilled to see the video in your catalog and even more thrilled to have received it. I have watched your video with my daughter and together we have made some wonderful cheeses.
