| I just got off the phone with Ricki, placing an order for 3 of my customers. Again, I want to thank you and your company for giving me such fun over the years. I am a holiday cheese gifter, and aside from a disastrous first year of sort-of-kind-of hockey puck cheese, my friends and family have been thrilled with my efforts.
