    Great Quality!

I've had my chevre molds for about 10 years now and they still look just as good as when I got them! They are the perfect size for gifts of cheese also!

    Beautiful!

Highly recommended! My Chevre has never looked so nice or professional! Now when I give it to my friends I look like I know what I'm doing. Material is easy to clean and the shape make the soft cheese beautiful.

    the look of my cheese

I Kinda really love when I can make something great tasting and really nice looking. These molds give my chevre a nice shape that I can really impress my friends and guests (who are already impressed that I can make cheese) But once these perfectly shaped cheeses are decorated with edible flowers.......

    Get a Real Mold!

I tried doing the chevre using the drilled out cup method or the strainer method. While you don't neeeeeeed these, they make everything so much more simple. Do it right. Get these if you are going to be making chevre with any regularity.

I have made hundreds of pounds of chevre with my chevre molds. I have ten of them, and I have used them for many years.

I recommend them to all of my cheesemaking students.

    Long lasting!

I've had these molds for nine years, and they're still in great shape. I make about 40-50 batches of chevre annually.
