    7-7/8" Wide x 6" High with follower and solid bottom. This mold will work with all of our presses. Food grade polypropylene cheese mold imported from France. This mold is used when making cheeses between 5 and 7 pounds, depending on how dry the curds are.

    Great product

    I have literally made thousands of pounds of cheese with this mold. It works great. I have two of them because I make cheese with ten gallons of milk at a time.

    I have had this mold for over six months and used dozens of times. I don't have a cheese press so I stack iron weight plates on top of the follower and the are just the right size to fit inside so I can stack heaver plates on top. I usually use this mold for cheddar so pressing weight is upwards of 200 lb. and it has held up very well. I use raw Jersey milk for my cheese and depending on the season 4 1/2-5 1/2 gallons of milk fill this mold. Overall I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone who has a lot of milk to deal with or just wants to get into bigger cheeses.

    I bought one and getting ready to buy several more. If you have a lot of milk, this is the mold to use! I use 6-10 gallons of milk at a time, and this works perfect! easy to use and easy to sanitize!!
