    I love this stuff!

This is so much easier than the cloth cheesecloth for the farmhouse cheddars I make. The cheese doesn't stick, and with a swish in some warm soapy water, and cold water rinse and a good shake, it will last for several cheeses before it starts to split and come apart. I still use cloth cheesecloth for some cheeses, but 99% of the time I now use this and I just love it. Nothing sticks to it!

This disposable cheesecloth came off the cheese much easier than the cloth I had been using, it did not tear the surface at all even though the cheese was warm. I usually have to dispose of my regular cheesecloth after making certain cheeses. The surface it left, however, was not quite as smooth as when using regular cheesecloth.

    Disposable Cheesecloth

I love it very strong and much thinner that butter muslin or regular cheesecloth. I suppose you would say it is disposable in the same sense that cotton cheesecloth is disposable, nothing last for ever. So far I used on piece twice I washed it and sanitized between cheeses, I suspect it might melt if you boil it.

Wish I had found this sooner

Love this stuff and wish I had found out about it sooner. Just used it yesterday for the 1st time and it worked like a dream.

    The best cheescloth

I use this disposable cheesecloth exclusively now instead of fabric cheesecloth or butter muslin. Even though considered disposable, it is easily cleaned and sanitized for multiple uses. It cleans especially well for draining any small curd cheese. Very economical!

    Dispose or Clean!

This stuff is great. I find it easier to clean than traditional cheesecloth and it's very durable. It's cheap enough that you could throw it out after every use, but if you like to reuse things like me, it's a breeze to clean it and it's durable enough to withstand many uses.

    Absolutely love this

Surprise, it can be rewashed and sanitized! Does not stick to the cheese as regular cheesecloth and butter muslin wants to do sometimes.

I love the disposable cheesecloth. I find it easier to use than the fabric cloth and don't have to worry if I haven't had time to wash the reusable.

    Such an incredible time saver!

When making my cheeses, I always hated cleaning cheesecloth. Disposable - use it and throw it away!!!!! I have not had any issues with this product. It performs well.

Best cheesecloth ever! Never sticks and I wash it to re-use over and over. Doesn't shred after cutting to size.

    Love it

Even a single layer works well. Easy to remove sticky cheese, in fact it washes well and I re-use it. I take a bit backpacking to strain sediment from water.

    Used to be good...

I ordered this product when I first started making cheese and loved it - it never stuck to the cheese, was strong (you could even get multiple uses out of it). They must have changed vendors, because the stuff I got this summer (July 2013) was terrible! The cheese gets lodged in the ridges in the cloth and it is so fragile it tears when you are putting the curds in the mold. Please go back to your previous vendor!
