I have tried 3 different kinds of your rennet , Liquid , wlacoren and vegetable . the rennet I got from you 20 years ago was so much better . half the time these new rennets don't work right . I do everything the same way as I always have . I wish I could find the rennet tablets with that little Dutch girl on it. I kept those in my freezer for 20 years and they worked better than all three of the news put together .

It is much easier to deal with rennet tablet instead of using liquid rennet. It is easy to store this also. It gives an amazing cheesy and sticky effect to your cheese. It is really important to use this in making cheese.

Very easy to use. My students make mozzarella using your recipe. We are always successful and they love making pizza with their fresh cheese.

The tablets worked well, but quartering one tablet was a little clumsy. The resultant cheese, mozzarella, was okay though, especially for my first attempt.

I've used this rennet 3 times so far. It's been very simple for a beginner to use, and I've produced mozzarella successfully all 3 times.

I've used both tablet and liquid for the 30 minute mozzarella and really prefer the liquid. Both are great products though, just prefer liquid. Tablets are easy to share with friends/neighbors.

These are very easy to use and economical. Just wish they came in smaller size so I don't need to break into 1/4 size.

Thanks for the advice!

I emailed with somebody about whether the manufacturer could score these tablets deeper, making them easier to break. They said they would feed that back and recommended using a pill-cutter. Works like a charm. You can find those at your pharmacy with the seven-day pill boxes.

The only one I use.

I have been making cheese for 17 years and this is the only rennet I use. I travel and make cheese in 6 states and must have rennet that is ALWAYS GOOD. I can count on the rennet every time..

Well, It's rennet. How much can be said? It always works fine. No problems. I like using the tablets rather than the liquid, but it doesn't really matter. If you're some sort of rennet addict, this is a good source.

We have used this product to make lots of cheese; especially, we like to make Russian Farmer's Cheese that we learned how to make with our Slavic friends here in USA. Pastor Konstantin & Pastor Sasha's parishioners have made it in the Old Country for centuries and have brought it to us here in USA. These tablets make a great Farmer's Cheese.

Works great. But takes finesse to cut into 4ths....

It always works great, but sometimes it is hard to cut into quarters. A sharp knife, a steady hand, and a hard surface (holding your hand around it so it doesn't fly off) usually does the trick.
