This rennet makes great cheese, and I'd recommend it-- if you are alright with using the enzyme from calve stomachs.
Great product
This was my first time using liquid rennet and it worked exactly as it should have. Comes with a detailed label and high quality dropper-style food grade plastic bottle (the small quantity one) with a cut-tip making measurement simple. Snap on cap seals for freshness.
Makes a nice strong curd with my local raw milk every time.
I'll definitely buy again.
Works great and has kept well
This has worked consistently well for me. I had a pint, but after a few months of making cheese my friend's milk cow went on hiatus. Now, almost 2 years later she is producing lots of milk and that rennet is still good. I have been storing it in the fridge.
