4.93 stars, based on 91 reviews
This is the highest quality form of rennet available on the U.S. market today and is NON-GMO. We're thrilled to announce that this rennet no longer contains caramel coloring. As a result the color is more translucent. This rennet is still the same...

I have just used this animal rennet for the first time. It produced a good curd, will have to wait a few months for a taste test.

I had some trouble with this rennet. After a couple of months it wouldn't set. So I have switched to tablets.

went looking for rennet when I decided to begin making our own cheeses and it was difficult to find even in Toronto. Found products on this web site and it is soo convenient, less than a week from placing the order to home delivery

Wowza! This rennet works great! I previously used the tablets, but the liquid seems to set firmer and I don't worry about dissolving issues or wonder about proper measurements. Love it.

Excellent product. It worked every time I have used it. It did fail twice when my sister was making cheese, but I believe it was due to being jiggled too much during setting. She eventually did make a couple successful batches.

Totally dependable. I'm using rennet over a year old and it is working fine. Also, I don't dilute it, I just pour the measured amount into the cultured milk, stir with a large whisk, and it always works.

So happy with this rennet! I'm going on 3 years with my bottle and I only need to add an extra drop or two despite its age now. Great shelf life!

This works so much better than the microbial rennet I was using before. It coagulates the milk quicker and doesn't leave a bitter taste in the aged cheeses. Highly recommend!

Animal rennet is really an amazing product. Without this it is not possible to make a cheese spread nicely over pizza. So I would like to suggest you to add this while making cheese at home.It really works in making a beautiful home made cheese.

Thankyou for reading my review?.

The liquid animal rennet is, hands down, far superior to the tablets I have used previously. I haven't the time to make a variety of cheese but the mozzarella turns out awesome. I will never buy mozzarella agains thanks to the cheese queen. Elated in Alabama.

Best cheese making products...never fails.

I've gotten the rennet tablets, vegetable rennet and now the regular liquid rennet. They all work perfectly so you never have to worry you'll ruin your milk and waste all that time.

I have tried other rennet brands and this is the best by far. I will not use another kind again. It works every time and stays good even when i have had it in the fridge a couple years.

This rennet makes great cheese, and I'd recommend it-- if you are alright with using the enzyme from calve stomachs.
