We tried the citric acid from the canning section at Walmart, but did not get good or consistent results. With this citric acid we always get good results with our mozzarella.

Good product, non-GMO, effective, long shelf-life. Perfect for home cheesemakers, but not the most cost effective for use in larger quantities.
