This is a nice and reasonably mild lipase that adds some zing, but does not overwhelm the tongue. You will find it a great addition to any Italian cheese you make, it is a permanent standby for us and gives our parmesan's a nice bite and authentic taste.

I was a hold out for adding this Lipase Powder. My mozzarella tasted great without it. Having got this in my last order, I am revising my recipe and adding it. Lipase powder adds a depth of flavor to my 30 minute mozz.
