I love this mold I use it to make fries and French style goat cheese. Within days of aging the cheese is covered with a white tuft with a slight mushroom aroma. I love it

Create white fuzzy velvety mold on your bloomy rind cheeses. It is better to use this together with geotrichum. I use 1/32 tsp for 2 galon batch of my camembert and it came out great!

Never done this before, but just putting the cheese in a big covered pot(for moisture) and setting it on the basement floor(for temperature) created the right environment to make a beautiful cheese - easy peasy!

I've been making fresh cheeses for a while now. It's so easy to add this mold to my chèvre and put it asside to mature. Lovely soft white coating arrives in a short time. I have a chilly closet where the cheese can mature. I put a fan blowing away from the cheese and over a bowl of water to increase the humidity. Amazing taste that's a notch above anything I've made so far. Thanks for a product I can trust.
