Nice mold for Cabécou
I have recently begun making Cabécou (a goat's milk cheese). And while there may be Cabécou molds on the market, two of these Crottin molds can handle curd from a 1/2 gallon of goat's milk. After 2 days in the mold, the cheese comes out of the molds quite easily. I will definitely use these molds over and over and over.
