Doesn't work very well

I purchased this at the same time I got the yogurt maker and I was very disappointed; the heat does not raise high enough to incubate this level (at least for me it didn't). After 10 hours the yogurt in this was still liquid and cool to the touch.

I bought the Euro Cuisine yogurt maker and realized I needed more volume so I bought the top tier and extra jars to make 14 jars at a time. I've been doing this once a week for close to a year. I let my yogurt incubate for 9-10 hours (overnight). I did have an issue early on with the yogurt not setting but I realized I needed to let the culture sit in the cooled (110°) pot of milk for longer before putting into the individual jars. I usually add the powdered culture to the pot, wait 5-10 minutes and stir for a full minute. It's a little trickier to make sure every little jar is cultured vs culturing in one big vat.
