Although the other reviewers found them sturdy, they broke for me after one use. I don't know what we did differently. The other basket molds never break and don't cost that much more.

I didn't want to be bothered having many different molds. These were inexpensive, so I thought I would give them a try. I've used them for feta, caciotta, halloumi, tobiolla, chevre, as well as the ricotta they were originally designed for. Money well spent as they've held up well.

I'd recommend these molds if you want to do a big batch of cheese at once and don't want to spend a small fortune on higher-quality molds. I decided to try them and they worked really well. You can easily re-use them many times, they are a great inexpensive option.

I use these for both ricotta and feta as well. Have used them many times and they are just as nice now as the day I bought them
