Cheese Rennet

Rennet is an enzyme that coagulates milk and is used in almost all cheesemaking. Our rennet comes in both animal and vegetable, liquid, tablets and varying sizes for your convenience. You will want to keep rennet in stock and store your tablets in the freezer and liquids in the refridgerator. Our tablets do not contain gluten.
