Contains no animal product. Double Strength. 1/4 tsp. will set two gallons of milk in 45 minutes. There are 12 teaspoons in this bottle, which is enough to set 96 gallons of milk.
The shelf life is 6 months to one year if refrigerated.
This was Kosher before being repackaged. (In bulk, it is circle U and K approved. You may ask for a certification if required.)
