    This culture is added directly to your milk and takes all the muss and fuss out of the culturing process.

    CULTURE INCLUDES: lactose, lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis, lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris

    YIELD: Each packet will set up to 2 gallons of milk.

    DIRECTIONS: Add 1 packet to your milk at proper temperature when recipe calls for adding starter culture.

    STORAGE: Keep packages in the freezer, they will last up to 2 years if stored properly.

    I use both the large and 5 packet cultures. I keep all my cultures in the freezer. Have not had a failure due to these cultures. The smaller 5pk packages are perfect for most of the cheeses I make. If you are someone that doesn't make a lot of cheese, these are great!

    This is a very good starter direct inoculation in milk, excellent flavor. very easy to understand and very convenient to use bags for cheese. My cheese Philadelphia turned out just wonderful, soft texture cheese just melted on the tongue, causing a pleasant sensation of pleasure Philadelphia cheese.



    Thanks ety leaven - I made cheese "Jack home." instead of rennet, I add an organic vegetable rennet in all cheeses. Jack was very cool, then rubbed it with a mixture of cocoa, coffee and pepper. The result was a delicious rich flavor with hints of nutty flavor.
