A creamier, richer and sweeter yogurt. Culture contains: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium species, Steptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp, non-fat dry milk, lactose, malto dextrin and autolyzed yeast. Each packet will set up to one half gallon of milk. If you would like a thicker product add 1/4 cup of dry milk powder before you add your culture. Stored in the freezer, it will last up to 2 years.
When you buy 12 or more packets, the computer automatically gives you the wholesale price which is $3/pack of five (half-price).
