This is a previously used item that has been reconditioned for re-sale.
This simple, efficient and well balanced Electric Cream Separator will hold 2 gallons, making it perfect for small scale use. It will process 15 gallons (60 liters) per hour. The milk tank, separation bowl and disks are all made from stainless steel. The cream spouts are made of food grade polypropylene.
