These handmade wooden paddles are used to press designs into your finished soft cheeses and butter. Simply chill your cheese or butter, place paddle design side down on top of finished product, press gently and, VOILA, a beautiful embellishment to your delicious hand made cheese or butter! You can also fill design paddle with paprika or herbs and press the cheese into the paddle and the design will be on your cheese in color!!! Handmade in Romania!! Actual design will vary.
