This 8-1/2 inch stainless steel drip tray may be used with any of our hard cheese molds and fits on all of our presses. It is easy to use and to wash in your dishwasher. It has a spout for runoff and it helps to prevent damaging the wood underneath your mold from the liquid whey as your cheese drains.
