Our perforated stainless steel mold measures 7"H x 6"W and is the perfect size for home cheesemaking. This mold will allow you to make cheeses between 2 and 4 pounds easily, using 2-4 gallons of milk. This mold is dish washer safe and will last a lifetime. This mold is the same one that we use with the E28-Cheese Press.
