6-1/4"Wide x 3-1/4"High basket. Food grade polypropylene cheese basket mold imported from France. This is an ideal mold for soft and hard cheeses. For the harder cheeses simply use a small plate or large jar lid as a follower/pressure-plate to spread the weight used evenly over the top surface. A weight of 3 to 20 lbs is the range for this. |
