19-1/2"L x 9"W x 26-3/4"H. This press is hand made in New England and is used for pressing any hard cheese from Cheddar to Swiss. It will press up to a 10lb cheese when using our large mold (M2). This press will give you up to 100bs. of pressure and is made of maple. This press is a must for making any hard cheese. With a well balanced and easy to use design, it will give you years of cheesemaking pleasure. A cheese mold must be purchased separately to go with this press. Assembly required.
