Dubbed the "Patron Saint of America's Specialty Cheesemakers" by Jonathan White, cheese consultant Ricki Carroll (pictured above stretching Mozzarella curds) heads the New England Cheesemaking Supply Company, which has been offering cheese support and expertise since 1978.

Through all these years, we have helped countless people interested in cheesemaking. I have run numerous cheesemaking workshops around the country. Our goal is to provide you with all of the equipment and information that you need to enjoy this most delicious of hobbies and to make it fun along the 'whey'.

I am a woman of many talents, an artist, activist, mother of 2 beautiful daughters, teacher, writer and party organizer. I love my work and all of our customers who make this possible.
