Learn how to make Gouda goat cheese at home from an experienced native German cheese maker who has been making artisan cheese for ten years! In my fun, hands-on class you learn about cheese cultures, rennet, cutting curds, molds and pressing. Part of the class is a sampling of my goat cheeses, including Chevre, Gouda, Feta, Tomme, Manchego and Cheddar.
