| This is a group of dedicated people who love to eat, produce, sell, learn and talk about cheese. This association is open to all who love cheese, from beginners to commercial artisans, technicians, retailer and distributors. We are dedicated to fostering the education of cheese and cheesemaking through sharing our knowledge and helping each other learn.
In 2008 the ACS is celebrating its 25th Anniversary in Chicago, IL from July 22th to the 27th. If you love cheese, this is an event not to be missed.
