| This guild actually began 3 years ago with the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association. Catilin Hunter, owner of Appleton Creamery in Maine has taken the ball and is turning this into a truely helpful group. A group to support and encourage the Maine cheesemaking community through promotion of local cheeses, educational initiatives and coordinated recources.
