This association welcomes all current and future dairy sheep producers, artisanal farmstead cheese producers, sellers, suppliers, industry professionals, academic researchers with an interest in sheep dairying, dairy genetics, sheep milk cheese production and sheep milk product development. They also welcome friends of the dairy sheep industry in North American and abroad.
