I bought this while attending one of Jim's workshops about a year ago and I love it. It has never failed me and is always accurate.

    Thermo Pop failure to perform

I purchased a Thermo Pop thermometer in Oct, 2015. After several times using it, it would not turn on. I paid $7.00 to ship it back. It worked fine for them. They shipped it back and it did work well for two weeks, then again refused to turn on. I had several people try to get it to work with no luck. New battery still didn't help. My choice is to again return it for another $7 and request a new one. It is laying on the desk next to the computer while I wait for my frustration to lessen and be able to write a nice letter of explaination. The office staff is wonderful and don't deserve grumpy customers.
