    Nice to have in bulk

I make a lot of cheese and so wanted to have a larger supply of rennet available. This product was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't like how the rennet came in a plastic bag inside the jar as it felt wasteful and I wasn't sure if I could dispose of the plastic bag. Will buy again!

    Great Product!

I love this rennet and I use it on soft and hard cheeses.

It last long as you only need a little at a time. It keeps well in the freezer for a long time too! I make my cheeses with raw and Pasteurised&Homogenised milk and I got good curd everytime with this rennet.

    Rennet vs store bought

I love this product only use 1/8 of a tsp for my soft cheese like cottage cheese. Use so much less, store in the freezer. Works everytime!
